香港赫蘭道高端設計定制中心的設計總監們，在他們自己專項的設計都是擁有相當強的資曆的，他們專注于自己的專項專研，而不像傳統設計師各類全通，我們認爲，只有精于專項，才能爲我們的客戶提供更專業的服務。同時，我們對于設計師的業務量也是有限制的，一個再好的設計師，精力也是有限的，所以我們必須控制設計師接受的業務量，這樣才能保證客戶所能得到最好的設計産品。”
Every design director of our project is good at his/her own field. They concentrate on their own field but not like the traditional designer who are familiar to every field. We insist on that only the designer who is good at its own field can provide our clients most professional service. At the same time, we control the work load of our designer strictly to ensure the quality. Because we think that no matter how excellent a designer is, there is a limit to his/her energy, and proper quantity of business is the good way to help designer provide best products to clients.
