KEVIN DESIGN is a wholly owned subsidiary run by Hong Kong Kevin (International) Design Group (a famous Asian design conglomerate) in the Chinese Mainland. As KEVIN DESIGN spreads its reputation in the Greater China and enjoys higher popularity across major domestic cities quickly, some criminals counterfeit and imitate brand of KEVIN DESIGN to illegally undertake businesses and projects in their local regions, and seriously impair the image of Kevin Design. Recently, Kevin Design receives many inquiry calls from some local customers and Netizens. It is very grateful for customers and designers’ supervision and reporting. KEVIN DESIGN Group has already dispatched lawyers to collect evidences across the country, and has established Lawyer Working Group for Safeguarding Legal Rights to conduct long-term supervision and safeguard brand rights against all prejudices or fraudulent usage of KEVIN DESIGN Brand Image in the Greater China. KEVIN DESIGN hereby wishes that the majority of entrepreneurs can respect KEVIN DESIGN Brand and intellectual property rights, get authorization through the normal channels, never go astray, and avoid unnecessary legal actions. 

KEVIN DESIGN Brand in English and Chinese, i.e., “KEVIN DESIGN”, “Kevin凯文”, “KEVIN” and trademark logo, are all registered and filed in the State Trademark Bureau of the PRC and Intellectual Property Department of the HKSAR Government. Website templates, articles, and works are formally filed in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, which are strictly protected by laws. For any individuals and companies infringing upon corporate image and intellectual property rights, KEVIN DESIGN will hold them criminally liable and prosecuted for criminal offenses, and never give up such legal actions.
